Christian Care Mission, Inc.'s Roofing Fund Drive
For Victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda (International Codename: Haiyan) in the Philippines
"He who oppresses the poor reproaches, mocks, and insults his Maker, but he who is kind and merciful to the needy honors Him."
Thousands upon thousands of houses were totally damaged by typhoon Yolanda that now millions have literally NO ROOFS over their heads. In response, CCMI is initiating a "Roofing Fund Drive" to help provide roofing materials to the most needy families in northern Iloilo, Philippines.
A piece of galvanized iron sheet (3 ft x 8 ft) used for roofing costs less than $6. Ten sheets will be enough to provide roofing for a small bamboo house as shown in the picture. This means, for less than $60, a family will have a roof over their heads by Christmas! Will you be willing to share whatever amount you can spare, to make this happen? A roof for the roofless, this Christmas. Click below to make your tax-deductible donation. At PayPal's special button "Instruction to Seller" (referring to CCMI), please type in: Roofing Fund Drive.
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
